M.S.Ed. Special Education, M.Ed. Educational Leadership
I am so excited to begin sharing my educational thoughts and resources with all of you! This is my 27th year in education and into my EdLeadership Journey. The majority of my career was spent in the classroom as an early childhood special education teacher then as an early childhood academic coach and head teacher. This year, I transitioned into an administration position, as a Supervisor of Early Childhood Education.
My focus is on building relationships, culturally responsive practice, and trauma-informed teaching. I am certified as a reliable observer in TPOT which utilizes the Pyramid Model for classroom management strategies. As a lifelong learner, I am always reading, listening, and enhancing my educational path for the betterment of myself, my teachers, students, families, and community!
